Registration Fee Refund Policy

• Cancellations received on or before 9 October 2026: Full refund, excluding any applicable fees (e.g. payment processing fees).

• Cancellations received from 10 to 19 October 2026: 70% refund, excluding any applicable fees.

• Cancellations received on 20 October 2026: 50% refund, excluding any applicable fees.

• Cancellations received from 21 October 2026 onwards: No refund.
