Submission Options

Authors should electronically submit Regular and Special Session papers under the following options: (further information can be found in Information for Authors)

Option 1

• All extended abstracts should be submitted via Oxford Abstracts platform.

• Please note that all abstracts will not be published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Option 2

• All papers should be submitted via IEEE Conference Community Platform - Button below

• Accepted papers duly presented during the conference will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

• Please follow the IEEE PDF eXpress tool's instruction below to ensure the PDF submission meets the format requirements.

Before generating your PDF, please complete the following checks:

1. Add or replace the copyright notice at the bottom of the first page of the source document with the applicable text below:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3195-2315-0/26/$31.00 ©2026 Crown

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3195-2315-0/26/$31.00 ©2026 European Union

2. Carefully proofread your source document and ensure that no further revisions are required before submission. Then, 

• Creating an IEEE PDF eXpress Account

• Please log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org

• First-time users should complete the following steps:

Step 1. Click “Create Account”.

Step 2. Enter the following information:

• Conference ID: 70948X
• Your email address
• Confirm your email address
• Create a password

• After submission, an online confirmation will be displayed, and a confirmation email will be sent to verify your account setup. Please remember to click the account activation link in the confirmation email.

• Previous users of IEEE PDF eXpress should follow the same steps and use the password associated with their previous IEEE PDF eXpress account. Please also ensure that your contact information is up to date.
